Another incredible year is coming to a close, and I am filled with gratitude for everything we have been blessed to receive, share and experience during 2008!

While 2008 will always mark the year we said goodbye to Models Prefer, we will remember it best for the birth of ybf (your best friend), and the miracle of you wonderful, generous people embracing our new adventure together! Words can’t express how humbled we are by the tremendous response and outpouring of love we have receive – thank you all so very much!

And while we will keep working to make things better and closer to our vision for ybf, striving for each and every product to help you achieve your most beautiful best, we are both proud and grateful to have brought to you our 100% Paraben Free safe formulas. This is just the beginning, girls!

August ’08 not only marks the launch of ybf, but also the launch of the Second Annual Pajama Party at Sea aboard the glorious Independence of the Seas – what a ship! It was equally thrilling and warming to see so many familiar faces and so many new girlfriends join us for our celebration of forever friendship and a shared love of glamour!

How fortunate were we that our Pipa Vanderburg (QVCUK hostess and chanteuse extraordinaire), the insightful and engaging Dr. Alison Miller (did you see her recent visit with Oprah?), and makeup artist to the stars, Rosemary Redlin, were able to join us for the cruise! It was so special to have that time to sing, play and explore the potential of each and every one us girlfriends – and, most importantly, to do it TOGETHER!

We’re just so thankful to all our girlfriends for making the time to sail with us – let’s do it again, ladies!! Venice or Bust, Babies!! (Maybe we’ll get some sun this time, huh?) Oh! So while the Schieffelin clan will be coming together to eat too much, laugh lots, reminisce about the year we’ve shared, and watch the gift paper fly – we hope you enjoy a warm and wonderful holiday season wherever, however and with whomever you celebrate it! Be safe and be joyous, and let us all remember those we love and cherish and how blessed we are to have one another!
