Hey Girlfriends!!

As some of you know Kristin & I have been a part of the Volcano Victims displacement program!

Like all ybf girlfriends we decided to make a adventure out of this unfortunate natural disaster!

I want to share what has taken place this last week up until now! I also want to thank all of you that have been so inspiring while we have been on this unforeseen journey! All our UK girlfriends are so amazing!

Last week on the morning of the volcano eruption we were the last flights to land in Europe! We arrived in Rome and then flew onto Bologna where we made it but our luggage did not. Loosing our luggage wasn’t the worst thing that can happen when traveling - we learned later! We were in Italy attending the largest beauty show in the world called Cosmoprof! That same evening we were not the only guests to arrive at a black tie business event in casual traveling clothes - after a long day - we were one of fifty other guests and we had the time of our lives!!

David and I have been traveling to Cosmoprof beauty trade show for 15 years now - this is where we view products and begin the product selection process - conception/creation to completion, technology/ science, development and ordering all our great ybf items that make it into your wonderful homes!

Thank you it is a joy to bring you the NEW products that assist you on “Getting the ybf Look”!

You all know we were prepared to have our premier show for Ideal World from the USA on April 26/27 - at our home network HSN (home shopping network) in sunny Florida - my home state!

Until this wonderful adventure began and we know now it was so meant to be! Once displaced - Kristin and I began our exciting adventure to get to our girlfriends in the UK and nothing was going to stop us! We have been on trains, planes, boats and automobiles!!

With the help of so many of you - we rented 2 cars -bought train tickets in 2 countries - put up residence at 5 different hotels/motels - we’ve seen beautiful Europe from the motor way, railway, air and sea all to get to our lovely girlfriends and we would not have wanted to have it any other way!! It was worth traveling through Italy, Switzerland and France to find our way home to the UK and we could have never managed it without all of the help and prayers of you…our girlfriends! We so appreciate all of your time and effort in guilding us along our exciting way!

We even learned some new traveling lessons that Mina and Vira (our USA travel ybf cruise coordinators) would be impressed by:
1. Never turn in your rental car in a different country than the one you rented it from - way too costly - very different from the USA protocol!

2. Never turn in said rental car until you learn your flight is actually departing - we had to change airports in the same city due to cancellation but were not informed until we unloaded the car and were checking in - so with only 1 1/2 hours to catch a flight from a different airport 1 hour away - there was little time to spare! No taxi’s no buses could get us there in time - yes we ran with way too much luggage full of cosmetic samples and trade-fair materials back to re-rent our little car again!! And we were off for the big blue skies!!

After all this is said and done - we will arrive in London on Saturday!

We will take a train to Peterborough on Monday morning for shows that evening! And we can’t wait to see and hear from you ALL on our premier launch on Ideal World - Yippie! I have missed you all so much and we can never be apart this long again!!

This is the best process at Ideal World for us to have a quick connection!! Remember we only have one and only premier and I want you all to be apart of this exciting celebration! After all you girlfriends in the UK branded us from Models Prefer to ybf! Love you all for that!!

There is not a dedicated line for testimonial calls, but you as girlfriends can do one of two things to get through:

1. Call the Ideal World Call Centre directly on 08717 123 456 and ask to be put through to the Gallery during our shows. You might be asked a question or two by the associate producer to make sure you are a ybf girlfriend and then be put through to the studio.

OR

2. Email the studio on studio@idealworld.tv including a contact number and perhaps a bit about yourself. The email is probably the best option as they will come directly through to the Gallery, speeding up the process and almost guaranteeing that you - girlfriends will make it on air! You can even attach a photo of you wearing your ybf makeup and we can put you on air and then I have you in our video tape archives - this is so cool we have never been able to do this anywhere before!!

We have truly found the IDEAL RELATIONSHIP!!
